Coda Technologies (Coda) is an IT systems integration and consulting firm, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Coda has been in business since July of 2001. The company was founded by its principal’s Steven Herron and Scottie Kearns. Prior to founding Coda, Mr. Herron and Mr. Kearns had extensive sales experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, IBM and EMC

Coda affiliates with world leaders in the IT industry – “best of breed” hardware, software and services companies, to provide solutions to their clients. Coda works with their clients in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing comprehensive solutions that will allow them to gain competitive advantage through IT.  While Coda does do business outside of the state of Utah, Coda is first and foremost a Utah company, employing Utah employees, paying Utah taxes, and providing IT solutions for Utah companies. The companies guiding principles, laid out in early company literature and espoused on every sales call, are to be “timely, accurate, and honest.” Coda’s goal is to provide scaleable, highly-available IT infrastructure, so their client’s can grow and thrive in their respective marketplaces.
